When you let Jana coach you, you won’t get general advice that you can find everywhere else. It’s important to be open with her, as she tries to work with your individual situation and work out a concept that works for your individual problems. She factors in your circumstances and your living situation and what is possible for you, to offer you the advice that you personally need, so that you can make changes that you’ll be able to maintain, rather than offering a quick fix. I’ve been an online client with Jana, but I think meeting her in person would lift things to an even higher level. Choosing Jana is definitely worth it”

As a coach I might be a little bit different from what you expect. I won’t tell you all the things you’re doing wrong – I’m gonna start with the things you’re doing right and then build onto the foundation that’s already there, rather than give you lots of tools that don’t apply to your personal situation. I personally don’t believe in the “One size fits all” approach. If that was working, why would you need my support, right?

My coaching will base your diet on your personal needs and specific requirements – because you as an individual person are important to me. Squeezing you into a mould you don’t fit into might get short time results, but tailoring a way based on your circumstances is the way forward.

This way you’ll get results without feeling like you’re having to change everything about you and the way you do things. You are an individual person, with individual needs, preferences and lifestyle – and I provide the support you need to find a way for yourself.
