social media

Welcome to my social media accounts. Make sure to follow me on instagram to be up to date on my newest blog posts, recipes and coaching advice.

This year is really testing my patience, but it also gives me so much space to grow and work on things. What I have been working on lately: a "Best Practice for Food Presentation" guide for all our Lunchtime primary schools & a poster alongside it to be displayed in all kitchens. I'm really quite excited about how all of it turned out and I can't wait to see it across all @lunchtimeco I knooooooow, we're supposed to feel all sorts of things about summer, but this weather makes me crave comfort food all day long. When is it going to get better, so I can post all my watermelon dishes? What's your go-to weekend indulgence breakfast? A little life update: To mark the launch of the new AngelDelight no added sugar range in strawberry, chocolate and the new vanilla flavour, Premier Foods has unveiled ‘Whip Up A Masterpiece’, an online initiative that invites professional caterers to put the new vanilla flavour whip to the test alongside the McDougalls No Added Sugar* Vegan Jelly range in their own unique creations, which will also help contribute to a good cause.  This term was stressful, both at work and also in my personal life and I'm looking forward to a week of relaxing, reading cheesy books, developing a few recipes and photographing some food ideas that are moving around in my head. With the school food plan having a long overdue update, school food is going to change and change is good! More plants, more fibre, more colours, more variety, more wholegrain foods. This means overall more nourishment, food security and being able to show improved, sustainable and nutrient dense recipes. I'm looking forward to it. But now: enjoying the sunshine. ❤️ Having a varied salad bar at school is such a simple way of introducing a vitamin boost, fibre, a healthy & low fat vegetable option or simply a new dish to try! Personally I always try different salads at buffets and prefer them over cooked vegetables. It's all about the crunch!
