A nutritionist is a qualified person who helps to work out individual solutions to your nutritional problems, including meal plans, supplement dosages, and meal suggestions. “Nutritionist”, and especially “nutritional coach” are terms that aren’t legally protected in the UK. Always make sure that you choose a professional, certified nutritionist to support you. This is why I’m offering a free 15 minute consultation before any coaching or cooking classes. We get the opportunity to get to know each other and decide if we can work together without having to spend any money.

I’m not a doctor, so I am not legally allowed to run tests on you. Once you’ve been diagnosed with an allergy though, I’m able to work out an individual nutritional plan for you or support you with your new diet. A lot of nutritionists / holistic coaches claim to be able to work out if you have an allergy and will offer you something fancy, that will break down to be something called an “elimination diet”, so cutting out specific things like wheat, dairy, sweeteners or chocolate. This will work for a couple of reasons: some foods, especially rich foods, need longer to be digested and can cause us to feel bloated. By cutting out these foods you’ll reduce the possibility of feeling physically bad after eating and you’ll automatically eat healthier, as these foods are most likely found in most processed meals, take-out and freezer meals. That does not necessarily mean you’re allergic. If you suspect to be allergic, see your GP and they can refer you to a specialist. I remember my friends mum came back from an “allergy coach” and claimed she was allergic to wheat, chocolate and camel milk. The coach could sense this by her aura. It took me a while and some serious conversations until she went to see a doctor – and they found out she had a vitamin D deficiency.

Yes, all of our conversations are confidential. Even though this is not a legal requirement for a nutritionist, I can assure you that all our conversations stay between you and me. In some circumstances, I may want to discuss your case with a colleague but in such cases I would always ask your permission in advance. I take data protection very seriously.

Yes you can. Please note that during the ongoing Covid-pandemic I cannot offer in-person chef services. I can however offer you to support you during a dinner via video conference. Please contact me to find out how I can help you.

No, you don’t need to book a certain amount. New habits form within 8-12 weeks though, so it would be advised to regularly check in or book a quick chat if you need to do so, after your initial coaching session(s).

We will reschedule to a different date that suits you better.

As you can see, my approach is an individual one, so whatever your problem is, we will hopefully be able to solve it together and give you some tools to support you with your nutrition. My approach to coaching will never be a “one size fits all” approach, so the answer to this question isn’t and won’t be “7 pages of meal plan, a workout routine and my fancy protein powder”, sorry. The short answer is “You will get from it what you need”.

You can book coachings from all around the world, just be aware of potential time differences and language difficulties. I speak English and German, if you don’t speak either of these languages, I’m not the right person for you.

Please contact me via e-mail to book a session. You can easily pay via PayPal or bank transfer.
